This is one part of a diptych which will become the last series of January. I keep wanting to do more to it and actually I have colored in between the red lines but because it is one piece of two, I've tried to just let it be.

Dark Water

Black outside, winds of 60 mph. Osprey are stationary in the sky as they hold themselves in the southern blow. Air is an ominous swirl of needle drops on breaking waves. Why do we on sunny days forget about the power of weather?

Creation Myth

There are many creation myths. I like this one pretty well.  It looks like water is involved.



This is another large drawing.
It is approximately 3' x 3'.
